From the problem to a clear plan
Bring the problem and what is getting in the way. We help you compare technology that fits, buy it the way your organization needs to, and line up qualified partners for the work.

Who does what
Most projects involve your team, Harborcoat, the technology vendor, and often an implementation or managed-service firm. Each engagement writes down who owns each task.

Buying, renewing, or consolidating technology
Harborcoat is a value-added reseller, so you can buy the technology you choose through us. Some teams arrive with a decision already made; others start with a renewal date or tools that overlap. Either is a good place to start.
Ways to buy
Through Harborcoat
You know what you need, or you want a quote to compare. We provide quotes and handle the purchase as a reseller.
Confirm: Pricing, terms, and the scope of any implementation or support work.
AWS Marketplace
Eligible products can be bought through Harborcoat on AWS Marketplace and billed to your AWS account. Some purchases may count toward an AWS spend commitment. View our AWS storefront (opens in a new tab)
Confirm: Product availability and the offer route, private-offer pricing and terms, and whether your agreement allows committed-spend drawdown.
Public-sector purchasing rules
You must use a competitive bid, an approved contract, or a cooperative purchasing vehicle. We work within that process.
Confirm: Your purchasing office confirms which routes are eligible.
Before a renewal
We review the vendor, owners, contract terms, usage, notice date, and any overlap with other tools, then plan the decision around budget and implementation dependencies. The Security Stack & Renewal Map can help you gather that information first; a first pass may take about 20 minutes.
Comparing options first? Request a technology shortlist
Marketplace availability, private-offer terms, and committed-spend eligibility depend on the product and your agreement. Harborcoat may have reseller, referral, or other commercial relationships with vendors and identifies relevant relationships before you buy.
